In January, we had breakfast with our friends Meghan & Chad. Then, we jumped into our cars and rushed over to Redondo Beach to hide out for what was about to happen. Chad left a few minutes after us, with Meghan in his car, and once they arrived we were hiding behind some trees. He proceeded to walk her out to the dock & get down on one knee. Not only was Meghan absolutely surprised, we were so happy to be there to capture such a special moment for them.

When they asked Kyle & I to photograph their wedding, there was not a doubt in my mind that this would be one of my favorite weddings that I have ever photographed. Not only are these two absolutely GORGEOUS humans, they are two of the kindest people we know. Their care for others and love for each other made the day peaceful and full of celebration.

Their wedding was held at one of our favorite venues, Mountain View Manor, in Enumclaw, WA. Washington was showing off for this Cali girl, because Meghan got married on one of the most beautiful days in May!

The team that worked together was amazing. Our friend Brittaney Grace is a florist and created the most GORGEOUS bouquets & centerpieces. Alycia did an amazing job with the decor & reception set-up. Working with and for friends is one of the most fun parts of photographing a wedding. Getting to deliver images that really showcase all of the hard work that was put into the day was one of my favorite parts.
